RARE DISEASES CLINICAL RESEARCH NETWORK ADDENDUM TO RFA-RR-03-008 - PRE-APPLICATION MEETING RELEASE DATE: March 10, 2003 NOTICE: NOT-RR-03-005 National Center for Research Resources (NCRR) (http://www.ncrr.nih.gov) Office of Rare Diseases, NIH (ORD, NIH) (http://rarediseases.info.nih.gov) National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) (http://www.ninds.nih.gov) National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) (http://www.nichd.nih.gov) National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS) (http://www.niams.nih.gov/) National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) (http://www.niddk.nih.gov) This addendum to RFA-RR-03-008, "Rare Diseases Clinical Research Network, which was released in the NIH Guide for Grants and Contracts on February 27, 2002 gives notice that the NIH participants: NCRR, ORD, NINDS, NICHD, NIAMS, NIDDK have scheduled an informational pre-application meeting at which program and review staff will discuss the goals and objectives for Rare Diseases Clinical Research Network described in RFA-RR-03-008 (at http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-RR-03-008.html) and answer questions from the attendees. All prospective applicants are invited. Applicants should submit written questions prior to the meeting by contacting staff members listed in the original RFA. The meeting is scheduled for March 19, 2003, 1:00 P.M. - 3:30 P.M., in Conference Room A1/A2, 6001 Executive Blvd., Bethesda, Maryland. Contact should be made by March 14, 2003 to assure appropriate link-up.
