The purpose of this Notice is to inform potential applicants of the website address for the optional tool to help prescreen draft Specific Aims and Research Strategy components and provide general feedback regarding responsiveness to the anonymization instructions in the FOA.

To help prospective applicants identify potential non-responsive text, an optional online tool will be made available. The link to the tool will be provided on the Transformative Research Award website: https://commonfund.nih.gov/TRA. Given the complexity of language and context, the tool does not provide a definitive determination on responsiveness. The applicant bears the sole responsibility to determine the text to include in the application. All applications will be checked for responsiveness by NIH after submission and will be administratively withdrawn if found to be non-responsive.
