Update: The following update relating to this announcement has been issued:

• July 20, 2011 - See Notice NOT-RM-11-021 This Notice postpones the anticipated publication date for a new CTSA FOA to June, 2012. The FOA will solicit both new and renewal applications, with an expected single application submission date in December, 2012.

This Notice modifies RFA-RM-10-020 with regard to the application receipt dates for Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSAs) in 2011.

The application receipt date of 10/3/2011 is withdrawn. Towards the end of 2011 NIH anticipates publishing a new FOA that will solicit both new and renewal applications with a single submission date in June, 2012.

The application receipt date of 6/11/2011 for renewal (Type 2) applications is not affected by this announcement.

All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
