This Notice is being provided as a correction to RFA-RM-10-020 (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-RM-10-020.html ) published in the NIH Guide on November 16, 2010.
The purpose of this Notice is to update statements in the cited FOA:
1. On page 2, the Earliest Start Date(s) for renewal applications should be June 2012 and not July 2012.
2. The pre-submission webcast is scheduled for January 13, 2011 (not 2012 as stated in the FOA).
3. In Section IV Application and Submission Information, Section 18 "Progress Report for Renewal Applications" should be deleted as this information is already included under Section 1 "Overall Impact: Prior Funding Period."
4. Regarding the goals and milestones of the proposal, Section 2 "Approach" should include discussion of their integration and coordination with other institutional and/or external programs and resources while Section 15 should address the timeline for implementation and alternative strategies that might be required in the event that barriers are encountered.
All other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged.
