Notice of Correction to Application Instructions for the 2011 NIH Director's New Innovator Award Program (RFA-RM-10-009)

The purpose of this Notice is to highlight three corrections to the application instructions in the FOA for the 2011 NIH Director’s New Innovator Award. On the SF424 (R&R) Cover Component, Estimated project funding should be entered in fields 15a-d, as follows: 15a=$1,500,000; 15b=0; 15c=$1,500,000; 15d=0. On the SF424 (RYR) Senior/Key Person Profile Component, on the Biographical Sketch, omit Sections A (Personal Statement) and D (Current and Pending Support). Other Support should be provided in the List of Current and Pending Research Support on the SF 424 Senior/Key Person Profile Component. On the SF424 (R&R) Other Project Information Component, attach the Facilities and Other Resources Statement to field 10. Ignore the instruction in the FOA to add this statement to the Current and Pending Support document.
