The purpose of this notice is to correct the council review and earliest anticipated start dates for 2009 shown in the Key Dates and in Section IV. Application and Submission Information section of RFA-RM-08-003: Pilot Scale Libraries for High Throughput Screening (P41).

The correct council date is October 2009 and the correct earliest anticipated start date is December 1, 2009. Please disregard the dates originally shown. All the information in the Application and Submission Information Section remains the same.
