Purpose
The All of Us Research Program, part of the National Institutes of Health, seeks applications for Genome Centers to generate genomic data as part of the All of UsResearch Program, a historic effort to gather data from one million or more people living in the United States to accelerate research and improve health.
The All of Us Research Program Genome Centers will be funded to generate and analyze both genotyping and whole genome sequencing data from biospecimens from this cohort. These Centers also will operate an analysis workflow resulting in high-confidence calling of all variant types (single nucleotide variants, small insertions/deletions, larger structural variants including copy number variations) and establish a robust pipeline to securely transfer data to the All of Us Data and Research Center.
The funding announcement (All of Us Research Program Genome Centers, OT-PM-18-002) is accessible at https://allofus.nih.gov/sites/default/files/fa_genome_centers_OT_18.pdf. Applications will be accepted until July 12, 2018, at 5 PM local time.
The funding announcement (All of Us Research Program Genome Centers, OT-PM-18-002), solicits applications under the Other Transaction Award funding mechanism. Applications will be considered from US academic or private institutions or consortia. Non-US entities and components of non-US entities are not eligible. Potential applicants are encouraged to learn more about the program and the Other Transaction Award mechanism by visiting the following:
