Purpose

This Notice is to inform grantees with active grants awarded under (U19) RFA-OH-11-001 that they may submit revision applications for projects that were not funded as part of their new or renewal Center award in FY-11.

Only unfunded projects in the new or renewal center applications will be considered. Centers that were fully funded in FY-11 are not eligible to apply.

Submitting an Application

Applications submitted in response to this Notice for Federal assistance must be submitted in paper format. The total project period for these applications may be up to 4 years, and may not exceed the project period of the center award. Revision applications will be required to have an introductory page explaining the revisions to the original application. These projects should apply under the name of the PI awarded for the center grant. Application materials may be obtained from https://grants.nih.gov/grants/funding/phs398/phs398.html.

Applications should be submitted no later than February 28th, 2012.

Applications to this FOA will be received at the Center for Scientific Review, National Institutes of Health.  Submit a signed, typewritten original of the application, including the checklist and three signed photocopies in one package to:
