Purpose

The purpose of this notice is to correct Section III - Eligibility Information for the Ruth L. Kirschstein Research Service Award (NRSA) Fellowships PA-25-422, PA-25-423, PA-25-424, PA-25-425, PA-25-426

Section III, Eligibility Information. Eligible Individuals (Program Director/Principal Investigator)

Currently states:
By the time of award, the individual must be a citizen or a non-citizen of the United States or have been lawfully admitted for permanent residence (i.e., possess a currently valid Permanent Resident Card USCIS Form I-551, or other legal verification of such status).
 

Modified to state (in bold italics):
By the time of award, the individual must be a citizen or a non-citizen national of the United States or have been lawfully admitted for permanent residence (i.e., possess a currently valid Permanent Resident Card USCIS Form I-551, or other legal verification of such status).
