Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform applicants of a correction to the eligibility of foreign institutions in PA-23-048 "Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Institutional Research Training Grant (Parent T32). The Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) has been revised to indicate that non-domestic (non-U.S.) entities (foreign institutions) are NOT eligible to apply. Therefore, Part 2. Section III. Eligibility Information is updated as follows (changes are italicized and underlined)

The NOFO is modified to read (changes noted in underlined italics):
