Purpose

The purpose of this notice is to extend the expiration date for PA-18-935 “Urgent Competitive Revision to Existing NIH Grants and Cooperative Agreements (Urgent Supplement - Clinical Trial Optional)” and to announce the closure of application forms packages posted with FORMS-F form versions.

Expiration Date: January 25, 2022

Modified Key Dates (in bold italics)

Expiration Date: October 25, 2022

All other aspects of this FOA remain the same.

Changes to application form packages:

The reissue of this FOA is underway. Any active application form packages posted with FORMS-F form versions will be closed by February 1, 2022. FORMS-G application form package (Competition ID "FORMS-G-COMP-REV") is already available for this FOA and must be used for submissions made on or after February 1, 2022.

Note: For any applications that may be in progress on FORMS-F forms, ASSIST, Grants.gov Workspace, and many institutional system-to-system solutions allow application data to be easily copied from one application package to another. Contact the appropriate service desk for technical assistance, as needed.
