Purpose

The purpose of this notice is to extend the expiration date for PA-18-590 “Change of Grantee Organization (Type 7 Parent Clinical Trial Optional)” and to announce the closure of application forms packages posted with FORMS-E form versions.

Current Key Dates

Expiration Date: January 26, 2021

Modified Key Dates

Expiration Date: May 1, 2021

All other aspects of this FOA remain the same.

Changes to application form packages:

The reissue of this FOA is underway. Any active application form packages posted with FORMS-E form versions will be closed by February 1, 2021. FORMS-F application form packages are already available for this FOA and must be used for submissions made on or after February 1, 2021.

Note: For any applications that may be in progress on FORMS-E forms, ASSIST, Grants.gov Workspace, and many institutional system-to-system solutions allow application data to be easily copied from one application package to another. Contact the appropriate service desk for technical assistance, as needed.
