Purpose

The SBIR Phase I Cooperative Agreement Activity code U43 was inadvertently left off of PA-18-537 Administrative Supplements to Promote Diversity in Research and Development Small Businesses-SBIR/STTR (Admin Supp Clinical Trial Not Allowed).
