The purpose of this Notice is notify potential applicants to PA-14-320, "Administrative Supplements for Tobacco Regulatory Research on the Role and Impact of Flavors in Cigarettes, Cigars, E-Cigarettes and Smokeless Tobacco (Admin Supp)," of the posting of a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document and to update the address for paper-based submissions.

Answers to FAQs have been posted to assist potential applicants to PA-14-320.  The FAQs document is available at All potential applicants are encouraged to review the FAQs prior to submitting their application. We anticipate updating the FAQs page as needed and recommend that applicants check back for updates to the FAQs regularly until their submission date.  In addition to the FAQs, NIH staff will also respond to questions submitted by potential applicants who contact the Scientific/Research and Financial/Grants Management staff listed in the Funding Opportunity Announcement under the Agency Contacts section.
