Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to correct a statement made in NOT-OD-14-027.

The notice stated: "The PHS 398 Career Development Award Supplemental form has a new "Letters of Support from Collaborators, Contributors, and Consultants" attachment that will not be subject to a system-enforced page limit."

However, the new "Letters of Support from Collaborators, Contributors, and Consultants" attachment on the PHS 398 Career Development Award Supplemental form is subject to a 6 page limit as indicated in the Grants & Funding Table of Page Limits and within the application guides posted with funding opportunity announcements.
