Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to notify potential offerers that HHS has issued an amendment to HHS SBIR Contract Solicitation PHS 2014-1. PHS-2014-1 was issued on August 28, 2013 by Notice NOT-OD-13-108. Amendment 0001 was issued on October 25, 2013. The current amendment (0002) is posted in FedBizOpps.gov at https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportunity&mode=form&tab=core&id=75a3d16483894dd5229158886e889819&_cview=0 and at http://sbir.nih.gov.

The purpose of this amendment is to:

(1) Extend the proposal due date to December 3, 2013 at 4:30PM Eastern Time.

(2) Provide offerors answers to questions received. See text in Amendment 0002 (linked above) for listing. No further questions will be accepted.

(2) Provide link to the SBIR Funding Agreement Certification, which will be required to be submitted by offerers selected for award during negotiations. Do not submit this certification with your proposal.
