Purpose

The four Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs) for the Human Heredity and Health in Africa (H3Africa) initiative (RFA-RM-12-005, RFA-RM-12-006, RFA-RM-12-007, and RFA-RM-12-008) were issued with the same due date of October 29, 2012. Due to the time difference, applications from international applicants would be due early Monday morning (U.S. EST), complicating communications with the NIH Help Desk (http://itservicedesk.nih.gov/era) during critical submission time. Therefore, the due dates for these four FOAs will be extended to Wednesday, October 31, 2012.

There are no additional changes to the four FOAs mentioned above.
