Purpose

International applicants to U.S. federal grant programs occasionally experience difficulty accessing the necessary websites when attempting to register with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and obtain a NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) CAGE (Commercial and Government Entity) Code.

The Federal Service Desk that provides technical support for these systems has released two new Frequently Asked Questions that provide international applicants with guidance on how to proceed if they are blocked from viewing the Defense Logistics Agency Logistics Information Services website or the Central Contractor Registration website.

The FAQs can be found at the following links:

I am an international registrant and cannot access the NATO CAGE Code web site. Why and what do I do?

I am an international registrant and cannot access the CCR web site. Why and what do I do?

Links to these FAQs also have been added to the list of FAQs found on NIH’s Applying Electronically website. They can be found in the ‘Other Special Categories’ under ‘Foreign Organizations’.
