This Notice extends the expiration dates for the Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOA) PA-08-246 (R01) and PA-08-247 (R21), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: Pathophysiology and Treatment.   The new expiration date for both FOAs is January 8, 2012.

All other aspects of these FOAs remain unchanged.
