Purpose

This notice amends the institutional eligibility for Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Individual Fellowships. Each NRSA individual fellowship funding opportunity announcement (FOA) listed below provides a list of eligible institutions and additional specific conditions that must be met in order to apply for the particular program.  This notice adds “Small Businesses” to the list of eligible institutions in the following fellowship FOAs.  For a complete list of fellowship FOAs see the F-Kiosk: http://grants1.nih.gov/training/F_files_nrsa.htm.
