Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform potential applicants that a second application package has been added to PA-06-042 to accommodate the revised AREA (R15) funding limit of $300,000 (see NOT-OD-09-152).

Applicants requesting up to and including $250,000 must use the PHS 398 Modular Budget form and can continue to use the application package originally posted with the announcement.

Applicants requesting funds over $250,000, up to and including the revised limit of $300,000, must submit a detailed budget using the R&R Budget form. This form was not available in the original application package. These applicants must download and use the new application package identified on Grants.gov through the Competition ID of “ADOBE-FORMS-A-DETAILED.”
