This notice revises the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) PA-08-191: Research Supplements to Promote Re-Entry into Biomedical and Behavioral Research Careers.  Specifically, under Section IV, Application and Submission Information, the FOA instructs applicants that they must provide the Social Security Number of the candidate in their biographical sketch.  NIH hereby notifies potential applicants that ONLY the last 4 digits of the Social Security Number of the candidate are required.  This policy is effective immediately for all applications in response to PA-08-191.
