The purpose of this notice is to change the Agency Contact for submitting a Letters of Intent for PAR-07-018 – Understanding and Promoting Health Literacy (R21) and PAR-07-019 - Understanding and Promoting Health Literacy (R03) which were published in the NIH Guide on October 27, 2006 and for PAR-07-020 – Understanding and Promoting Health Literacy (R01) which was published in the NIH Guide on November 20, 2006.  All other aspects of these FOAs remain unchanged.
