PURPOSE

The purpose of this announcement is to notify potential respondents that the 
deadline for responses to the Request for Information: Design and 
Implementation of a Large-Scale Prospective Cohort Study of Genetic and 
Environmental Influences on Common Diseases (NOT-OD-04-041) has been extended 
to June 30, 2004.  There are no other modifications to the previous notice.
