--The PHS 2590 instructions 
(http://grants.nih.gov/grants/funding/2590/2590.htm) have been updated to 
clarify instructions and reporting formats for inclusion of women and minorities 
in non-competing reports. The updates are marked in purple to make them more 
easily identifiable.
--The PHS 398 instructions 
(http://grants.nih.gov/grants/funding/phs398/phs398.html) have been updated to 
clarify instructions for "Other Support" on Research Career Awards. The updates 
are marked in purple to make them more easily identifiable.
--RCA Substitute Form Page 3 (PHS 398) has been reloaded to clarify placement 
of Other Support

Applicants are urged to discard previous versions of the PHS 398 and PHS 2590 
instructions and use the current versions to ensure they have the most 
accurate information.
