The Office of Laboratory Animal Welfare will join with the University
of British Columbia and the Canadian Council on Animal Care to offer a
workshop November 16, 2001 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on
cross-border and multi-center wildlife studies. Participants are
encouraged to attend all or part of the Canadian Council on Animal Care
(CCAC) Western Regional Workshop November 15 at the same location. The
CCAC workshop will include an afternoon session on Canadian wildlife
guidelines and studies. There will be a reception the evening of
November 15 for participants of both meetings. Preliminary conference
agendas and a registration form are available at the University of
British Columbia website: http://www.acc.ubc.ca.
