CORRECTION TO THE MAINTENANCE OF LONG TERM BEHAVIORAL CHANGE RFA RELEASE DATE: April 4, 2003 NOTICE: NOT-OB-03-002 Office of Behavioral and Social Sciences Research (OBSSR) (http://obssr.od.nih.gov/) The OBSSR wishes to inform potential applicants to the Maintenance of Long Term Behavioral Change Request for Applications (RFA) (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-OB-03-003.html) that the cost cap for the Resource Center was misstated. The $200,000 cap for Resource Center applications should be for direct costs, not for total costs. Because these grants must be modular, their budgets should be prepared in increments of $25,000 in direct costs, up to a $200,000 limit per year. Please note that the total cost cap for research grants responding to this RFA has not changed, and remains at $750,000. Applications of either kind (research or Resource Center) which are for under $250,000 in direct cost must use the modular budget format.
