Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform applicants of a change to the Application and Submission Information - Post Submission Materials allowed for the following announcements:

RFA-NS-24-028 BRAIN Initiative Connectivity across Scales Data Coordinating Center (BRAIN CONNECTS DCC) (U24 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)

RFA-NS-22-049 BRAIN Initiative Connectivity across Scales (BRAIN CONNECTS): Specialized Projects for Scalable Technologies (U01 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)

The notices of funding opportunity (NOFOs) have been modified to allow one-page of preliminary data as a post-submission material. This notice is effective for all remaining receipt dates.  Changes to the NOFOs are shown below.

Post Submission Materials

Applicants are required to follow the instructions for post-submission materials, as described in the policy. This NOFO will accept a one-page update with preliminary data as post-submission materials.

The deadline for submitting all post-submission materials, including preliminary data, will be 30 days before the study section meeting.

All other materials listed in NOT-OD-19-083 as acceptable post-submission materials will continue to be accepted if submitted 30 days before the study section meeting.

All other aspects of the NOFOs remain unchanged.
