Purpose
The purpose of this notice is to change the Key Dates in RFA-EB-18-003 "HEAL Initiative: Translational Development of Devices to Treat Pain (U18 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)". Specifically, an additional receipt date has been added for the August Council round on May 20, 2019 (See changes in bold italics below). Although a letter of intent is not required, is not binding, and does not enter into the review of a subsequent application, applicants are strongly encouraged to submit a letter of intent for this receipt date, to allow IC staff to estimate the potential review workload and plan the review.
