Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform potential applicants that, because the due dates for Funding Opportunity Announcement PAR-16-458 "NINDS Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) for Training of Postdoctoral Fellows (F32)" were changed on short notice (see NOT-NS-18-061), individuals who would have been eligible for the August 8, 2018 due date will be eligible to submit applications for the October 18, 2018 due date. This policy is effective for both new (-01) and resubmission (-A1)
applications. All other requirements and provisions of PAR-16-458 remain the same.

Note: This exception will only be made for the October 18, 2018 (old August 8, 2018) due date.

All other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged.
