Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform potential applicants that the National Eye Institute (NEI), National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), and the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) are participating in PAR-18-721 "Countermeasures Against Chemical Threats (CounterACT) Exploratory/Developmental Projects in Translational Research (R21 Clinical Trial Not Allowed).
