This Notice clarifies the number of P30 grants allowed per Institution and provides supplemental instructions to Section III.3 "Additional Information on Eligibility" in RFA-NS-14-013.

Only one application per institution (normally identified by having a unique DUNS number or NIH IPF number) is allowed.  Additionally, an institution is eligible for a maximum of one NINDS Center Core Grant.

All other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged.
