On page 12 of Funding Opportunity Announcement RFA-NS-12-003, in the section entitled, "PHS 398 Research Plan Component," at the end of the 4th paragraph, applicants are instructed to upload a PDF attachment of a list or table of trainee outcomes.  The currently published instruction reads as follows:

The list (or table) should be uploaded as a PDF attachment to Item 12 “Other Attachment” of Section 2. Research Plan Attachments of the PHS 398 Research Plan Component.

The instruction above is erroneous.  The instruction should read:

The list (or table) should be uploaded as a PDF attachment to Item 12 "Other Attachment" of the RESEARCH & RELATED Other Project Information page.
