Purpose

The Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) for the Jointly Sponsored Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award Institutional Predoctoral Training Program in Neurosciences (JSPTPN; PAR-10-116) has expired. The purpose of this Notice is to inform the extramural community that a new FOA for this program will not be reissued for submission of applications for the May 25, 2011 receipt date. The NIH institutes above are committed to the continuation of a broad-based, early stage predoctoral training program in neurosciences, and plan to issue a new FOA for this program in time for receipt of applications in May of 2012.
