This addendum is to add the National Institute of Neurological 
Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) as a participating institute on program 
announcement PAR-03-036, "Innovative Exploratory Studies and Technology 
Development in Neuroinformatics Research (R21)," which was released in 
the NIH guide for grants and contracts on December 4, 2002 at 
https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-03-036.html.

The mission of NINDS is to reduce the burden of neurological disease - 
a burden borne by every age group, by every segment of society, by 
people all over the world.  For further information on NINDS program
