Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) as a participating institute on program 
announcement PAR-03-036, "Innovative Exploratory Studies and Technology 
Development in Neuroinformatics Research (R21)," which was released in 
the NIH guide for grants and contracts on December 4, 2002 at
