Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to correct the following statements in PA-14-140 "Community Partnerships to Advance Research (CPAR) (R15)" which was published on March 4, 2014.

Part 2. Section III.1 Eligible Applicants 

The language currently reads:

Foreign Institutions
Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are not eligible to apply.
Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.
Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed.

The language is modified to read:
