The National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR) is accepting applications for the Ruth L. The National Institute of Nursing Research is changing the text of Section II Award Information , item 1 Mechanism(s) of Support. The last sentence A detailed categorical budget for the Initial Budget Period' and the Entire Proposed Period of Support is to be submitted with the application should be deleted, as this sentence does not pertain to the PAR.
