Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to provide guidance for applicants submitting an application to RFA-MH-15-850 "Gut-Microbiome-Brain Interactions and Mental Health (R21/R33)" who must complete an Research and Related (R&R) Budget Form as part of their application.

RFA-MH-15-850 was posted with budget forms that are not appropriate for this grant program. The incorrect application forms have been removed, and the correct forms are now available for download and use.

The new application forms package is identified in Grants.gov by a Competition ID of FORMS-C-REVISED and a Competition Title of Revised to include correct budget forms.

Applicants that downloaded application forms prior to October 1, 2014, should revisit RFA-MH-15-850 to download the new forms package for application preparation and submission.
