Purpose

This Notice informs potential applicants that, effective immediately, NIMH will no longer participate in PAR-13-074 "Small Grants for New Investigators to Promote Diversity in Health-Related Research (R03)". NIMH will no longer accept any applications submitted in response to PAR-13-074. This applies to the submission of new, resubmission, and revision applications.
