Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform potential applicants that new applications will not be accepted for the September 7, 2013 Application Due Date for PAR-11-019 "Centers Program for Research on HIV/AIDS and Mental Health (P30)". However, applicants who had previously submitted an application for a Developmental AIDS Research Center to PAR-11-019 will be eligible to submit a resubmission application for the September 7, 2013 Application Due Date.

The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) plans to reissue PAR-11-019 in 2014. Changes to the program and guidance for new applicants will be described in the reissuance.

All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
