Purpose

The purpose of this notice is to correct the Eligibility Information for PAR-11-207. Foreign Institutions/Organizations are NOT eligible to apply under this funding opportunity. However, an application may include a foreign component.

The following sections of PAR-11-207 are affected by this change

Section III. Eligibility Information - Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Organizations) are not permitted. Foreign (non-U.S.) components of U.S. organizations are allowed.

All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
