Purpose

The purpose of this notice is to correct Section IV – Application and Submission Information for PA-09-075.

The 1st sentence of the 4th paragraph under the sub-section “Specific Instructions for Collaborative R34 Applications,” should read:

Research and Related Other Project Information Component (required): A list of the collaborative applications as described for the Cover Letter must also be included in Item 12,

This is a change from the original text, which indicated the Cover Letter should be included in Item 9.

All other aspects of the FOA remain the same.
