The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) issued a notice on August 12, 2009 to discontinue all activity for PAR-04-151 as of the date of that notice (NOT-MH-09-014). We wish to amend that notice to discontinue all activity on PAR-04-151 as of September 26, 2009. Therefore, as of September 26, 2009, we will no longer accept any renewal (competing continuation) applications (whether new or resubmission) of center grants in response to this program.
