The purpose of this notice is to increase the budget cap for competing continuation applications submitted under PAR-03-142. Previously, the budget cap for NIMH AIDS P30 Centers, as described in PAR-03-142, was $2,000,000 in total costs per year. For those awardees planning to submit a competing continuation application, the total budget may be extended to $2,250,000 from the NIMH. This new $2,250,000 cap must not be exceeded and there will be no exceptions.
