Purpose

The purpose of this notice is to inform potential applicants of corrections to the Key Dates and Page Limitations sections of RFA-MD-21-007, "Centers for Multiple Chronic Diseases Associated with Health Disparities: Prevention, Treatment, and Management (P50 Clinical Trial Required)." The Application Due Date has been changed to June 23, 2021 and the Component Type for Submission for both the Investigator Development Core and the Community Engagement Core should read Core.
