NOT-MD-20-011 - Notice of Special Interest: Health Services Research on Minority Health and Health Disparities (R01- Clinical Trial Optional)

The purpose of this Notice is to alert applicants of the early expiration of NOT-MD-20-011 “Notice of Special Interest: Health Services Research on Minority Health and Health Disparities (R01- Clinical Trial Optional)”. The Notice of Special Interest (NOSI), NOT-MD-20-011, will be rescinded as of May 8, 2021. Any application accepted for a standard receipt date prior to May 8, 2021 will be considered under the NOSI. Applications after that date will be considered based on applicability to the FOA to which they apply.
Applicants interested in submitting research projects consistent with the mission of the National Institute of Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD) to address health services research are encouraged to contact a Program Director in a relevant NIMHD Research Interest Area (follow the hypertext link to obtain contact information) to discuss their proposed work and identify an appropriate Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA). For example, consideration might be given to PAR-20-310 "Health Services Research on Minority Health and Health Disparities (R01- Clinical Trial Optional)”. Additionally, investigator-initiated R01 projects may be submitted to Parent R01 FOAs (PA-20-183, PA-20-184, PA-20-185).
