Purpose

The purpose of this notice is to correct instructions for properly submitting a response to NOT-MD-20-025 "Notice of Special Interest (NOSI): Simulation Modeling and Systems Science to Address Health Disparities". The Application and Submission Information did properly specify the Notice number that must be entered in the Agency Routing Identifier field (box 4B) of the SF424 R&R form.

The NOSI announcement for Application and Submission Information is corrected as follows:
