Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform prospective applicants that effective May 8, 2020, the NIMHD will no longer participate in the NIH Exploratory/Developmental Research Grant Program (Parent R21 Basic Experimental Studies with Humans Required), and will not accept any applications (new or resubmission) in response to the corresponding Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA)PA-19-092.

The last application due dates that NIMHD will accept applications under the NIH Parent R21 FOAs are March 16, 2020 for non-AIDS applications and May 7, 2020 for AIDS and AIDS-related applications.
