Purpose
The National Library of Medicine (NLM) is expanding institutional eligibility for RFA-LM-12-002, "Basic social and behavioral research on culture, health, and wellbeing (R24)" to include Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions), Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations, and Foreign Components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement. These Foreign Institutions are now eligible to apply to RFA-LM-12-002 as indicated below.

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are not eligible to apply.
Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.
Foreign components, as defined , in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed.
