The National Library of Medicine has changed the title of its PAR-05-012 (https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-05-012.html) grant program from NLM Translational Informatics Grants. The new title is:
NLM Knowledge Management & Applied Informatics Grants
The program’s scope, priorities and review criteria have not changed. The title change is made to better reflect the purpose of the grants, which is to assist organizations that wish to optimize the utility of clinical or research information by exploiting the capabilities of information technology.
NLM’s Knowledge Management & Applied Informatics Grants program accepts new applications 3 times per year, on the standard application dates for new research grants: October 1, February 1, June 1. See https://grants.nih.gov/grants/funding/submissionschedule.htm.
